Baby Einstein Tiny Tambourine Musical Toy & Rattle, Ages 3+ Months

I got this for my Grandson because he just learned he has hands, and that he can make them do things. He's also broken through two teeth in the last month and he's only 5 months old! This toy isn't loud at all, and he really loves the thing. I was unaware that the metal is encased in plastic, and that makes it quiet.

My son is now 19 months old and he has had his tambourine since he was 6 months. He takes it to church and it isn't too loud. He has a friend at church across the aisle and we gifted her one and she loves playing with it as well. She loves to play with it and she is 8 months old.

Cute item. Great for little hands. Cymbals are protected by plastic for safety. This makes its sound a bit muffled, but still works well. My 1yr old loves it

its a cute little toy, the only difficulty was my baby trying to get a handhold on it. more appropriate for 6 months

It's really not good for the age group intended for. Their gross motor skills are not fully developed yet. They tend to have jerking motions and hit their heads, faces, etc.

not what i expected. doesn't make much sound at all and the "counting rings" were hard for me to slide... I wish i had gotten the cheaper typical rattle.

My son is 2 months old and very intelligent for his age but, his hand gets stuck through the curve. Good toy
