Baby Shark Cupcake Cake

It was exactly how I expected it to look and after the party I washed off the baby shark tub toys and my little was so happy to play with them in the tub. I would recommend this to others with littles for special events.

Cupcakes were very delicious %26 moist. I got the whipped icing %26 it was so creamy %26 sweet but not too sweet! The overall decorations were great as well, my daughter LOVED it.

The cupcake cake was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was, it's a lip messy trying to get the cupcakes out off the middle of the cake with all the extra icing that keeps it together.

well it was delicious but they misspelled one of my son's names and I ordered online so they had it written in the instructions right there to go off of. i had to buy the stuff to fix it because they printed the image with their names instead of writing it with icing. so it looked awful. but still tasted good. lol i recommend not getting the writing on it until you pick it up and then ask them so you can tell them and make sure they do it right. lol

The design of the cake overall was nice, however I had scheduled for the cake to be ready between 1-2pm, I arrived to pick it up at 2pm giving them until the end of pick time to ensure cake would be ready and when I arrived I was told cake wasn’t ready. I was told yo come back within half hour after expressing to the baker that it was an inconvenience for me as I had other things to prepare and this was taking away my time. I called at 2:30pm and it still was not ready, at this point I was frustrated being that I had scheduled according to my availability. I had to inconveniently ask someone else to pick up which at that point it was 3pm. This was my first time using the bakery services and also my last.

I would recommend the product, not the bakery. The chocolate cupcakes tasted burned and dry. I also bought a cookie cake with this order and the decorating looked like it was done by a child. Very disappointed this year with their work!

The cake looks nice on the outside but the cupcakes are hard all the way through like old cupcakes. The icing also tasted old. When you lift the cupcake up the picture doesn't even move as it should when peeling cupcakes apart. I normally don't do cupcakes but my son wanted them. Definitely disappointed.

The taste was good but the design was awful. They misspelled my baby’s name completely and when I called to see if it could be fixed quickly I was told “cake decorator just left”.

My app pulled up the wrong store thousands of miles away from my location. Never got the cupcakes or a refund on my money. Ruined my sons 3 birthday party

i asked for whipped frosting got the buttercream frosting cake was too rich and ended up throwing it out. also when i picked up they didnt have the sharks with or on the cake so had to go back in for them. my last 2 experiences with the bakery have been very poor will not be coming back.
