I am so glad I got this stroller and didn't pay for a more expensive one. I have taken the stroller jogging for about 2 weeks now and it is perfect. The wheels are fine and it is very easy to push. It folds up nice and easy and isn't too heavy. No complaints yet!
I run a minimum of 20 miles per week and am currently training for a half marathon. I had a Safari double jogger but it began falling apart with just a few months of use. This stroller is much, MUCH lighter, it folds so much easier, and is not as wide. It's also easier to maneuver. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints. The only thing I would change would be the strap that is used to raise or lower the seat back. Because of the design, it does cause the seat backs to slant toward the middle. But my 19 month old and 6 month old don't seem to mind so it's not a deal breaker for us. I couldn't ask for more, especially for the price. Also, I noticed that there was reference to the stroller being "wobbly" in the negative reviews... The front wheel has to be locked for jogging/running. This is true for almost any jogging stroller. Otherwise it will shake and wobble like crazy.
I have been searching for a reasonably priced jogging stroller for the past two months. I refused to pay for "other" strollers that were recommended with starting costs of $500. I have a set of 8 month old twins and our current stroller is a beast to push around. I ordered the stroller on 4/27 and it arrived 4/29. I was able to put it together in less than 20 minutes (instructions are spot on). The only thing I needed was to put air in the back tires. I have been walking up and down hills with ease in comparison to our first tandem stroller. I was not looking to spend over $200. This is truly a bang for your buck stroller. Also, I had no problem with the front wheel feeling "wobbly" as mentioned in other reviews.
I purchased this product for a trip from Wisconsin to Virginia for a wedding and then to do some sightseeing in Washington D.C. I had read other reviews and I liked the price for the stroller. I have 5 children and this is my first jogging stroller. My youngest two are 3 months old and 2 1/2 years old. I did find that my 3 month old rolls in toward the divider but is not a big deal. While sightseeing, my 5 year got tired and decided he wanted to ride. The stroller did pull to that side then. We put on about 6 miles that day. By the end, the front wheel was giving us some issues. I will adjust it when we get home. All around great stroller for the price. Very easy to fold and store in a vehicle. It is 33 in. wide and tall when folded. I haven't had a chance to go running with it yet, so I can't say if the front wheel wiggles or not. Thanks for reading my review.
I did a lot of research before buying this stroller. I didn't want a huge stroller or to spend a fortune, but wanted it to be good quality. This stroller is perfect. It pushes so easily. It glides! The kids can sit side by side, see and talk to each other. I have a 5 months old and 4 year old. The 5 month old is able to sit with the harness. Each child can recline separately. The baskets underneath are great and easily accessible unless both seats are reclined. It folds down very easily. It is big (as any double stroller would be), but fits through almost all doors and pushes easy.
We bought this stroller for our two little ones to use at theme parks, outdoor festivals etc... and it has worked out perfectly. It arrived much faster than Walmart predicted, only two days and that was with regular shipping (not expedited). It was super easy to assemble. We've had it for only a few weeks, but it's been great so far, no issues. We decided to go with this one after comparing it to the Instep double jogger. We are happy with our choice as the Instep stroller provided much more separation between the seats (my kids like each other and want to hold hands, cuddle) and the trays (I didn't want to have to constantly open and close the trays to get them in and out, especially at theme parks.) I did want to mention this Baby Trend stroller has little mesh pockets beside each child seat. (I didn't see that mentioned in the product description, but could have missed it.) These come in handy to store their drink cups and sun glasses. Overall, we are very happy with this stroller.
I really like the way this stroller handles. I love the moveable canopy. I also love how narrow it is when it is folded. I like the netting at the back for ventilation, but don't like that it have material to cover it if it's windy or cold out. I don't like that the seats tip in towards each other and the storage compartments underneath are not large. I also wish this stroller came with trays.
I purchased the stroller to accommodate having 2 kids to tote around for walks and family trips. I have a 10 month old and a 4 year old. It works great, and I love how easy it is to guide. It's actually a lot lighter and more compact than I figured it to be. The negatives are my 4 year old is slightly big for it, but she loves riding in it and my youngest tends to lean inward towards the other seat. The seats are very adjustable but not stable enough for an infant to balance their weight, and that causes the straps to rub on her neck. I usually prop her in the middle of the seat with blankets and put strap guards on so it works. Definitely a great double stroller.
This stroller is by far the best one we have bought yet!! It is light weight and very durable! Easy maneuvering! Reasonable priced! I owned a reg front facing dbl stroller and it was heavy! Then adding 2 kids each 30lbs a piece I was easily pushing 85lbs! Very hard to push, walk or jog. This double stroller is side by side and perfect for my 2 toddlers. Now they can sit next to each other an play, share snacks and watch a movie on their tablet. Much more light weight and easier to push. The front wheel has the locking option to use during jogging. The ONLY thing I don't like about this it the front wheel can not be easily removed like the rear wheels. Push a button and the back wheels come off! So conveinent for storing in the trunk of a car. My old dbl stroller was so big that it didn't fit in my car. We always had to use my husbands suv.
It's harder to maneuver with the cup holder right in the middle. I have to place my hands on the opposite end of where I want to turn to turn in a smoother direction.
