Baby Trend Trend-E Portable Nursery Center Play Yard w/ Wheels, Starlight Blue

We bought this for our great grandson. It is perfect except for the mobile. I didnt want a mobile that did not move. I specifically bought this one because in the description it looked like a mobile that moved. It does not so that I was a disappointment. Other that that, it is great.

As a frequent car traveler with two little ones, it is absolutely necessary for us to travel with a play yard. We use the portable nursery and play yard for naps, playtime, and sleepovers when visiting out of state. This simple, yet efficient play yard meets my family's needs. It was very easy to put together and collapse, as the instructions were simple to follow. I used a standard play yard sheet for the mattress. The side rails lock in place before steadying the floor, and there is a handle you twist to unlock and collapse when storing. I was unable to use the bassinet function of the nursery center because my youngest is ten months. I did set it up to get an idea of assembly and sturdiness. The bassinet clips securely and the mobile stands straight. I'm hoping to use the bassinet feature in the near future as we plan to expand our family. The side hanging storage bag is very convenient for travelling. I usually prefer a larger storage spot for wipes, creams, diapers, etc., but the bag is less bulky while away from home. I like the wheel locking feature of the play yard. I locked the wheels after setting it up for added stability. The design and fashion of the play yard is adorable. I know there is also a pink model which makes this a boy's play yard, but I find it to be more to the neutral side. The incorporation of gray, black, white, and gold help make it more neutral. I love the kisses and hugs pattern of the play yard. I feel the name of the play yard does not match the fabric pattern. I tend to think of stars, moons, and planets with "Starlight Blue." The product's overall value is worth it. It has all the features you would need while travelling. Great mobile nursery. Sturdy. Grows with your child as it transforms from a bassinet to a playyard. Nice wheels for moving and for travel. Beautiful color. Will need a play yard mattress cover for comfort.

My first impression I had of this nursery center was how nice it looks. I love the design of it! The mesh storage area helps store the necessities and gives me easy access to the diapers, wipes and creams. The best part is how easy it is to set up and fold away. We travel often, so this will be a breeze to take with us everywhere we go. So far, it seems like a sturdy product made with good materials for easy cleanup if needed. I'm so happy to have a durable and cute little place for my baby go play safely. It was exactly what this family needed! The first thing that I'd like to say about this product was that it was very easy to open and close. I have a similar type of pack and play that was like a jigsaw puzzle to open. So this is a nice change of pace. We also take this nursery center to and from both grandmothers home. It was really easy for my mother to use which is a big deal because sometimes baby products are hard for her to put together. We plan on taking this product with us on vacation. It doesn't take up a lot of space. Very easy to travel with. I also like that it has a mesh side so that baby will be able to look at me while he's sleeping in our vacation rental. It will make sleeping somewhere other than home much easier. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, I am able to place baby in a safe place to play while I use the bathroom and shower. First, I love this pattern. It can easily be for a boy or girl. My baby loves the mobile and my favorite thing is that the diaper holder is in the front. This product was easy to setup and simple to use. The only issue for me is that the clips don't seem that secure and makes me worry sometimes. Someone else pointed out that the mobile doesn't stay in place, and that's another issue for me too. Other than that, I use it at night as a crib because it is taller than the other bassinet I have.

I am very pleased with this Baby Trend Nursery Center. Quality is great overall, and colors are vibrant. Setup was easy, taking only a few minutes, certainly a one person job. The carry case with handle contains all the parts and makes for easy transport or storage. Locking wheels allow for quick transfer between rooms and added safety when parked. The nursery center will fit through a doorway without having to break down. Snap on storage is nice to have essentials nearby (diapers, wipes, toys, etc). Bassinet feature is easy to install/uninstall and nice to have young baby within easy reach. This nursery center also makes a safe play space for mobile babies. The only negative I have to say, is that the mobile is quite flimsy. It snaps onto the side quite nicely when the bassinet is in use, but will not stay in place if the bassinet is not in use.
