I really love the silky outcome that leaves this straighter iron on the hair. My hair is super frizzy n out of control but this product really did an amazing job to leave it flat and silky at the same time. Truely recommend it.

This is my second purchase of the same product. I love this so much that I've bought one to keep at our second home, as I can't live without it. It heats and cools quickly, does a great job straightening my flyaway hair, and I'm not sure how I lived without it.

Works 10 times faster and better than my old one. Worth every penny! Ihave wavy hair and am able to completely straighten in 15 mins which is a life saver! Use it just on dry hair and love the skinny long barrel of it. I have naturally thin and wavy hair.

Very good straightener! Not what I expected tho. I had tried different straightener's from Conair, Ion, Remington, Nume and I was looking for a straightener that would leave my curl hair very straight. I read the reviews and after comparing them with GHD I decided to opt for this one, but I would have went with GHD.

The product came and appeared like it would work, but when I plugged it in it made a clicking noise. The clicking happened every time I turned it on and would click constantly until I turned it off. I returned the item.

Walmart uses 3rd party sellers for this item, and you may be sent a fake product if you opt for purchasing from them. I verified on the Babyliss website that the product sent to me does not have a seal of authenticity, and contacted Walmart about it. Walmart referred me to the 3rd party seller who sent this to me and the seller attempted to issue a parcial refund in return for my keeping their counterfeit product. I am not using that flat iron on my hair, it will probably burn my hair. I ordered Babyliss Pro after much research and seeing that it was highly reviewed. I did not expect this issue with Walmart, and would think they have high quality 3rd party sellers. I spent $75 on a fake and was offered $22.50 back of MY money because they incurred expenses in shipping me their counterfeit item. I ended up calling Walmart again, and they sent me a shipping label I've not had the time to process because lines at my local UPS and FedEx are out the door and around the block in November and December around here, and have to go way out of my way to get to my nearest a Walmart. So unless you have the time to spend standing around in lines to make up for 3rd party sellers mistakes during the already busy holiday season after they try to sell you counterfeit products, you might want to consider purchasing this item elsewhere.
