Best flat iron I've ever used
I purchased this flat iron on my hair stylist's recommendation. WOW. This is hands down the best flat iron I've ever used. There is a handy temperature guide in the instruction manual to help you choose the best temperature setting for your hair. I followed the recommendations, and one pass was all I needed to tame my very curly thick hair. I feel like this will cut down my styling time quite a bit. Can't recommend this tool highly enough. As for the curling wand, I didn't need one, so my teenagers ran off with it and they've been sporting some beautiful wavy ‘dos ever since.

Amazing - but fix the wand's cord
I bought this to replace my same Babyliss flat iron that broke after several years. The replacement iron works great! I love the wand, too, BUT the cord lays funny, so unless the wand is in a specific position, the cord causes the tip of it to point down and touch the countertop or wherever you have the wand resting.

I really don't know, I did not use it, it said the manufacturing was Conair, I thought it was Babyliss manufactured.
