I've tried many flat irons and this by far is my favorite! It feels sturdy and works amazing it leaves my hair smooth and shiny it does not pull my hair It does get hot but I like that. This is by far the best flat iron I have ever owned. My hair doesn't get fried anymore because of the settings that are designed for different hair types. I highly recommend this product.

So disappointed in this iron. After learning the correct temp to use that would straighten my hair without burning it, it died after nearly a year of use. I did not use this iron every day, so it definitely should have lasted longer than a year.

Plates do not completely touch. Making popping noise from inside plates. The lock feature is located where you hold the iron and constantly gets locked while using. Located by poor design. Does work well with course hair. Like the feature of the iron located on edges.

Fake. I have used a babyliss straightener for years and this is not legit. Hair doesn't glide through. Not the same quality. Explains the cheaper price I guess

I never received the product or return emails to credit or ship the product. Very frustrating to work with the Walmart customer service and a 3rd party vendor.
