First rum I ever bought to make my own eggnog—and it was great. I like it dark and strong in my nog, and prefer it over Kraken that way. Though it's technically faux-nog, since I make it without eggs or dairy. 😆 Love the bat on the cap too, even though it obviously doesn't affect the taste. I just love bats;) 🦇 Would recommend and likely buy again!

rum is definitely my go-to drink and Bacardi is such a good one to have on hand it's not cheap it's not super expensive it's a good in-between and it's versatile. I do enjoy a darker rum versus a white rum especially if you're going to be doing dark and stormies, or rum and cokes. This is usually the one I have on hand for myself. This is also smooth enough to have on the rocks which is great

What I really wanted to rate was the fan favorite (ok MY favorite) Bacardi 151. If you haven't heard of it and you are an experienced alcohol connoisseur meander over to the “rum” section in you local liquor store next time to check out a bottle of Bacardi 151. Be careful though, not only is the flash point low, it packs a hell of a punch too.
