I know Bacardi Carta Blanca is viewed among the rum enthusiast circles as the vodka of rum, but the truth is I had worse. It has quite a bit of flavour to it considering it's coming from one of the biggest selling brands in the world and, as a bartender, I enjoy working with it.

The aroma and consistency of the perfect rum for mixing. For coconut drinks, mojitos, cuba libre, etc. If you know how to combine it well, its flavor is not heavy and its finish is subtle.

This is definitely a staple rum for many cocktail and a go-to. It can be mixed in Rum Punches, Coquito, Daiquiris and Mojitos. It's consistent in flavor and definitely up the any on drinks!

Smooth but strong flavor, makes great mojitos, White Russians, and painkillers! Or any mixed drink of your choosing. Clean aftertaste. Affordable and worthwhile for drinking. Good ingredients and gets the job done.

I love this product! Great flavor and very nice packaging. Very good price point. Love that's its GF and had a great mix ability. Also the alcohol content is perfect not too strong not too light.

This is my go to drink when i actually decide to have a drink. Get a cup with ice some of this and coke yum you cant go wrong. Always my go to and the price isnt bad either

This is my go to spirit to start any occasion. It is light and rummy and it tastes great with everything. I love it in a hand shaken daiquiri. Super easy to make. 2 oz rum, Juice from 1 lime, and 1 oz simple syrup. put in shaker over ice and shake until your hands are freezing. Then serve neat or over ice. A nice twist is to add a splash of club soda as the bubbles just lighten the whole cocktail. Once you try this hand shaken daiquiri you will never go back!

This is the best rum for making mojitos, daiquiris and mixing with coke for the cuba libre classic! Did you know that the rum mater blenders drink Bacardi Superior? Yes, it is their drink of choice. We under estimate the quality of this product and all the work that goes behind in making it, and tend to think that aged rum is always better. Think again and for me it is the best for one of my favorite cocktails, a mojito!

Pros: super cheap, decent tasting (enjoy it's floral notes), easy to find, easily covered by using in drinks (for people who don't like alcohol), smells great Cons: not the highest quality, lacks flavor in comparison to other more expensive rums, smells better than it tastes, not great straight Overall, great for being used as a mixer and a staple due to its price point. If wanting to invest into rums to drink straight up, I would not chose this.
