Bach Flower Remedies effects are subtle and not always obvious right away. But they work. Been using them for years for various issues and they always make an improvement. Usually, one bottle used to the end is all that is needed. Pricey because of the process used to extract the compounds from the flower. Walmart ships quickly with no fuss.

Great
We've purchased this quite a few times and actually I've had quite a few friends that try it and actually end up buying it. Just be careful some can take the dosage they recommend and some I know have to take less or sleep a lot. Everybody has different reactions to things but nobody's been displeased with it that has tried it
