WHITE CHESTNUT HELPS!
I love Bach Remedies! As far as White Chestnut, sometimes just a few drops are all I need during a day with unexpected stress; it does the trick! I also gave a bottle to my daughter, and she agrees!

Love the Bach Flower remedy's
Love the Bach flower remedies and White chestnut I use for anxiety. I was visiting my ex -boyfriend and each time I would feel anxious I would take a drop and by the time I got there my anxiety was gone and I was able to feel quite comfortable around him.

I love the gentleness all the Bach Remedies I've purchased. I use White Chestnut to stop the incessant thinking when I'm trying to get to sleep at night. Great Product!

Busy brain?
This product I have recommended many times to many people. When the complain of not sleeping because they can not seem to stop thinking about problems, experiences etc. White chestnut works for me, shuts down the busy brain, so I can sleep.
