Best sleep aid ever
I take these to help me sleep and it puts me right to sleep! Way better then melatonin that gives me nightmares and these don't!! I have driving anxiety also it helps a bit with that too. Highly recommended

The taste isnt mostly orange like I thought it would be but is still nicer than the liquid version. works as well as the liquid as well.

i like the product, but the lid will not go back on the tin properly. luckily I hadan empty tin ( from another brand), so I transfered these into the old container.
