Effective and pleasant sleep aid
Bach products are high quality. The Rescue Sleep gummies are highly effective at both helping me wind down as well as get good sleep. When using melatonin it is important to use a low dose. Each drop is 1 mg. I use as needed and recommend highly.

A product that helps me to calmly get a good sleep
I've been using this gummy product for quite a while now and I believe that it significantly improves my ability to fall asleep and reduces the amount of time I wake up in the night.

Finally Found It!!
