I use Bach whenever I am feeling anxiety. I will spray two or three sprays under my tongue, and hold it there for a few moments, and then swallow and within 5 to 10 minutes my anxiety is relieved to a good degree. I keep a bottle on hand all the time. I am very very satisfied with this product.
