I have struggled w sound sleep for years! I like to begin my nighttime ritual w this product. My sister only uses this but I need my melatonin in addition.

I didn't want to take sleeping pills since they're addictive. So, my doctor suggested I try Rescue Sleep. And I have to say - I'm surprised at how well it has worked. I can now sleep for five hours before waking up - which is great. And I have more energy during the day because I'm sleeping better. Would definitely recommend this. love Dr. Bach and have used his flowers for years . That is why I gave 5 stars. However this product didn't work for my insomnia.

I really like that Walmart brings what I need to my door. Really, really like that. What surprised me was that this bottle is half the size of what I was expecting. There is not relativity of size in the images provided online. I have been surprised several times by the size of the product I received. Perhaps your web programmers could figure out a way to show a set of sizes available with things that come in more than one size.

This will help you sleep - you may need an extra squirt or so, but if you take it about three hours before sleep it should help and no groggy morning side effects.

Just as described. Tastes a little like alcohol, considering it's the active ingredient, but it's not bad.

I have used this product in the past and it works very well for me to resume sleep in the middle of the night.
