Rescue Sleep
I discovered this medication on the internet, checked it with my doctor and tried it. The little pellets do exactly what they claimed: slow and silence tumbling thoughts so that sleep becomes much more possible. Marshall

Small. Too small
I wished they were bigger. They did not seem to affect me either way But I like the fact of trying any Bach flower remedy
