I have problems with stress from time to time. This has been a real go-to for me. I finally bought a bottle of Rescue Remedy to keep in my purse so that I have it when I need it. I have one on my bedside table as well for those times when I wake up in the middle of the night. Nice to have something quick and easy that gives quick relief.

It really works well. When I feel anxious and concern, push one time for my throat, then it calms down in a few minutes. The size of the spray is small (10 cm high and 2cm in diameter), so I bring it in my pen case and use it when I have to speak in public.

Love Bach Rescue remedy spray! It's helped me tremendously throughout the years. I prefer the spray to the drops . I won't leave home without them. They help me with my anxiety while driving or dealing with stressful people or situations and they actually work. I even use them at night when I am having trouble sleeping. I love that they are a natural homeopathic product.

Copes with the task perfectly.Like any homeopathy, it can start with an exacerbation, and it will seem that nothing is working) But after a while you catch yourself thinking that suddenly the situation that should make you lose your temper no longer touches you, you feel calm inside, the feeling of anxiety goes away. Great product for when you feel a bit physically or psychologically traumatized. We keep several bottles around. Always have one in the car. But at $14.42 this was definitely overpriced for less than a quarter of an ounce. I will look elsewhere when repurchasing and will look for the .7 ounce size.

I bought the spray for the convenience factor; however, I wish I had purchased the drops instead. To be fair, I bought this for my husband and I thought he would be more likely to utilize the spray (grab & go). But he's finicky with the taste of remedies like this and I think you can cover up the taste of drops quicker than the spray.

I first tried this brand (particular flavor) over 10 years ago from a homeopathy place. And then, I tried the stress relief or sleep aid item and felt the calming effect every time I used it at night, and the sleep was better than usual. Fast forward a few years later, I tried this brand again for the stress relief and the personal blend from a practitioner but the effect was not shown. In 2023, I experienced the issue of not being to focus, fatigue and stress. So I tried Bach stress relief again with vitamin C Effervescent, I then felt more ease and relaxed, though it wasn't the best effect which I experienced the first time trying the item. So the effect really varies on different situation that our inner health status is changing from time to time. *I tried both the spray and droplet form, this time, the droplet form seemed work better, while I liked using spray form in the past due to convenience.
