Bachmann Trains N Scale Durango & Silverton Ready To Run Electric Locomotive Train Set

Fun! This is a marvelous item. Now I must make tables, scenery, and houses. This is a great hobby item.

Excellent set for limited space but even being one of the smaller scales it has great detail. The snap track on a rail roadbed adds to the realism.

This is a very nicely detailed train set. It is somewhat fragile so I would stick with the age recommended and not give it to little kids. Read the instructions if you are unfamiliar with Bachmann ez track. Its simple to assemble and the locomotive runs well. It will run even better after it has been running an hour or two. N scale is much smaller than HO scale so don't be surprised that the locomotive fits on your hand!

Ideal complete set for the Adult Hobbyist. N Scale set (size ratio 1:148) comes with everything that you need to run; or add it to your existing layout. I personally don't care for the Bachmann EZ track - (I prefer the Kato Unitrac) - and with that being said; the $101. price for this set was just about half the price that I have seen thru other retailers. I love the details, and the quality is excellent. I would recommend to any ADULT hobbyist. Please note: This is NOT a toy.

This is a great train set.

I have not opened the train yet since it is a Christmas present. From what I have seen It looks like what I ordered and I was amazed at the fast turn around to get it to me.

The connections between the cars would not stay connected. So I can't recommend this set.

This is an item I would recommend for display use only. It is REALLY tiny.
