Straps to pull shoulders tight you can't find, fix the velcro to the waist band place the support over my shoulder and the strap has come loose and rides up the back and you cannot reach. Definitely a two person job. Then the midsection belt rides up until its around the chest.

this is a game changer, it holds my shoulders back it corrects my posture since I have scoliosis and I love that it holds my stomach in, so look like I have a smaller waist. at first you do get sore, because your muscles and your spine are being corrected and not used to your body being supported.. but it's a good hurt because everything is being corrected. I highly recommend this especially for the price.

I am not a big person, even though I ordered a large it did not fit. The straps barely made it around my waist and the straps over the shoulders did not even come down to attach Quality and Velcro appeared OK but again if they had made them larger, it would fit. I am only I am only 5‘11“ tall.

it is smaller than thought it would be. It was ordered for my husband, but it was too small so I am using it. It is tight and I'm a very small person. It is helping with my neck and back pain.

It is a great conceptbut ai need a Small but ordered a Medium.The straps are way too long and it wont stay tied diwn.Need a Small size. just an exchange.

The back brace posture corrector fits fine, price is excellent and has helped my back with posture and helped with upper and lower pain. The soft material is great.

For my voluptuous frame, the straps were a struggle to stay flat. While my SO regular frame stayed in place. The braces are sturdy and help keep your posture as it should

As others have stated, the arm straps do dig in a bit at your armpit, but other than that, the fit is fine.

I have had a lot of pain in my upper back and neck. I realized that I was not sitting straight for some reason and started working on my posture. Nothing was helping me so I purchased this back brace to remind myself to stay straight. It is uncomfortable on the front of my shoulders and I only wear it an hour at a time. It definitely reminds to sit and walk correctly. Hopefully things will get better. I did purchase another brand at the same time I made this purchase. The measurements are a little different but both back braces are put together almost the same way. This back brace fits me better than the other one did. It is lighter weight and maybe built slightly different. For someone my size (i.e. 5'5" tall and 135 lbs weight.) This back brace works very well.
