The hoof soaker has allowed me to get 20 to 25 minutes of uninterrupted soaking of my horse's foot for the first time ever. I will never go back to trying to use a bucket, and I will never be without a hoof soaker. This is a great product, and I'm really glad I bought it. Have been using it for a week now and it is holding up well.

I ordered Smartpaks for the first time, for my three horses, and even though I had the boxes on the order form online checked, I did not get my drawers. I called customer Service at 7PM on Friday and had the drawers on MONDAY!!! FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I bought my first Sierra several years ago at Rolex and still wear it for everyday riding. It is very comfortable and the harness doesn't bug my ears like some other helmets. My husband thinks it looks so cool, he wanted one too -- so I got him a black model for Christmas this year.

I have put 2 of my dressage horses on this product and they love it!! My one horse had started to loose a lot of weight and just was not that happy in his work. Well now he has put on all his weight and then some and we are finally getting through our work with happieness. He is more forward and willing and we are finally getting our piourettes and passage without a fight for the first time. My other one is my young mare who I have had on suceed and other supps. But I switched her to this because the price was great and my vet recommended it. Well for the first time she is much more relaxed and not so gassy and she has put weight on and no longer kicking the walls. I love Smart Gut!!

Feeding 5 dogs of varying sizes, weights, and ages was becoming a challenge. We frequently travel, taking some of the dogs and having a dog sitter care for the others. I would take a variety of dog food bags on the trip and leave notes of what to feed which dog for the sitter. I saw an ad for SmartPak and thought it was too good to be true. I was looking for a dog food without corn and wheat products. I deceided to order it for all five dogs, My order was a different type of food and serving size for each dog. I received the food, to my door, in 2 days. From the first feeding, my dogs have loved the food. My small terrier has always been a picky eater. He now waits at his bowl and eats every piece of his food. Having each bag packed with the dog's name on them has made feeding time a breeze. The individual bags are also perfect for traveling. I have told my pet owner friends as well as my veterinarian about this wonderful product. I am a happy customer and my dogs are very happy consumers!

I received the free drawer with the purchase of my first SmartPak order. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it. It is a large sterilite brand drawer just like you would find any major retailer. I was told it holds one month of supplement wells but I got three months easily in mine. The drawers are made to stack and the invoice that comes in your order fold perfectly to fit in the front of the drawer with horses name, etc as a convenient lable. Very nice gift with purchase.

I love the idea of the drawers, they are super handy for keeping my smartpaks in. When I origionally ordered my supplements, I did not get the drawers. Why? I donno. But I emailed Smartpak and they were more than helpful and promptly shipped out two of them to me for my horses. Unfortunately, one was broke in shipping and had a hole in it when I took it out of the box. Overall, I think they are a great idea.

I bought the Cheyenne helmet by Troxel after thinking about it for about 2 years! This vest came with it as a bonus. I would have loved the vest except that it is HUGE! There was no provision for size choice and they sent a large (there was a big L on the plastic bag). Since I couldn't use it, I sold it on Ebay and only got $6 for it. Oh, well....

The Troxel vest is a nice lookng, but needs improvement in details. The zipper line inside should be stiched. The buttons on the side can scratch leather, etc. The quality of the zipper should be better. The sewing work is a bit rough. But I cannot complain - it was free....
