[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was easy to take apart without any issues, it does have a pull tab to take off before using. As soon as we opened the toy my toddler and I took it right out to the dirt piles. He really enjoyed digging up dirt and scooping up rocks around the house with it. This Backhoe loader has multiple features. You can scoop and lift in the front and dig side to side or up and down in the back. It even has the stabilizer arms to really give it that realistic look. It even makes noise! Once you start moving it around it sounds exactly like a Backhoe Loader does. Batteries were included already installed but if you end up needing to change them out they are AG13 size batteries. In order to remove the old batteries, you will need a screwdriver and to flip the toy upside down to remove them.

Its rubber wheels give it a stable stance as it roles great across the floor without the “plastic” wheel noise. It is solid built yet no hard or sharp corners making it easy to play with. The buckets pick up just enough sand to enjoy it in the sandbox!

It feels nice and sturdy and has some heft to it. The wheels work great, the loaded moves up and down, the back hoe spins side to side and moves up and down in a unique manner, and there are stabilizers that come down on the back sides like a real backhoe.

It’s small enough to take it anywhere but big enough to fit about 6-8 rocks in the arm. I would recommend it to anyone who has a construction vehicle fan at home.
