Jansport has always been my go-to brand for backpacks, the quality is top notch and the style is simple yet appealing. the quality of the backpack I bought this time around met my standards and expectations, only this time price blew me away!!

very good, the straps are very adjustable and the backpack is basically resistant to lightish rain fall. u can get dragged and its still gonna stay on

I bought this for my daughter who is staring high school. she really likes it and says the pockets were dealeper than expected.

Just like 7th grade, brings back memories.

Since I never received my item, which I purchased for my daughter to return to school. I can only talk about my experience. After I ordered it online, my nightmare started. At first, it said it was going to be delivered 4 to 5 days after I ordered it online.Which is common and understandable. When that day came, it said that it was arriving late and never changed status. After a day or so, it changed back to saying it was delayed and arriving late. I waited a couple of days thinking that it was going to resolve in arrive a little late. I was completely wrong. I called. Walmart, through customer service, to talk to a live presentative. Which I can add is not easy to do! After the automated system asked the same question twenty times, I eventually got the opportunity to talk to somebody live. The first time, I got to talk to somebody. The representative told me. That it was being held at A. Carrier service warehouse. On track is the carrier that they used. Which, by the way, on track has a very poor record and customer service satisfaction.They don't even have a phone that works to talk to someone. So the first representative gave me a phone number to call on track carrier services and ask them what's going on. The phone number provided to me was not in service.It literally never rang and just hung up every time. So I called again and talked to some.One live after twenty questions of the automated service. And this male representat. I've told me that he had sent a message to the Carrier services. And everything was okay. By the way, they had told me that the current service had left the message. Saying that they needed additional information. Of mine to deliver the item.Which I can't fathom the thought of what additional information they needed.They had the correct address.The correct name and was paid for, so I have no idea what additional permission they needed. After trusting the walmart representatives that everything back on track to deliver, I was disappointed once again. After a day or so, I finally decided to call back Walmart.Again not an easy task to talk to her representative. The gentleman finally advised me to get a refund. This. Experience has left me not wanting to order anything from online from walmart. I urge the people that are responsible for the logistics of utilizing carrier services to please just go online and see the customer satisfaction record for the companies. This on track company has a very poor record and I understand people sometimes are mean. And when they're dissatisfied or they're angry and upset, they say a lot of things of accompany that for some people might have the greatest experience. But when a company does not even have a proper working phone number to communicate with them, there has to be something wrong. Please do not use these companies. Thank you
