This is really a well-made bag. You can see it from the stitches and the material used by the company. The size is perfect for my petite 10 year old daughter and she is very excited to use this. She loves the colour! We tried putting some books and notebooks inside...the bottom did not sag as much as the other backpacks we have. Great quality!

Got the blue and brown base backpack for my son. He likes it very much. His previous bag was also a Herschel backpack with faux leather base. The bag itself is great and durable but the faux leather started peeling and dropping after 2 years. Am so happy that the current brown base is the same material as the blue part. Love the quality and sturdiness of Hershel bag. Value for money

I bought this bag my freshman year of highschool in 2016, and now I am in my junior year of college and I still use this bag. It is in pretty much the same condition, and is still cute! I love this bag so much, the leather bottom has kept water from leaking into my bag as well. No rips or holes in this bag 10/10.

In terms of quality and more it's amazing. I had this backpack since I was 16. It's been over 8 years and it's time for me to get a new one! Throughly the years, I used it for everything! For school, travel etc. This is so worth it! I can't wait for my next pick!

The zippers and fabric were quite stiff when I first received the backpack, but it only took a few uses to soften and feel very comfortable to wear. It has all the pockets I need for the medium loads I carry, and it's cute to boot!

I purchased this bag for my school and it has been a month since the purchase. It looks great and is of adequate size. The key chain is quite handy and the separate laptop flap is good. I am not impressed with the quality of zip though. Overall quality is good. I will definitely recommend it for its quality and trusted brand value.

I bought this about 3 months ago and have been using it on a daily basis. The style of the bag is great, it certainly stands out. However, the quality of the zippers is what makes me disappointed as it becomes very fragile and fails to zip the housing of the bag together properly. After several attempts to fix the zipper and its housing, they both eventually broke off due to the bad quality of the zipper itself. I recommend buying this bag if you have extreme patience and is willing to go beyond and take extreme care of it, otherwise you might as well stick to cheaper bags that have better quality zippers.

A lot worse than expected, at the price point and considering that Herschel is a recognizable brand, I expected much better. The material feels cheap and stiff, zippers do not function smoothly, and the small front pocket is so small that it's practically useless.

I bought this bag and loved the way it looked and felt. It was almost perfect. But after just a few uses the bottom pleather started decaying. I was careful with the bag making sure it wasn't dragged around. I don't understand how a company with such a good reputation can sell bags with this poor quality. I am very disappointed and upset I wasted my money.

Straps are very big and wide, so much so that they feel little they are falling off my shoulders and rub uncomfortably against the inside of my arm. I am a woman and this is definitely sized for a man. Zippers and material are also stiff and difficult to open and close.
