Nice powered cover. Only one I found that fits GMC carbon pro bed. Easy installation. Could use an upgrade for the drain tubes.

This is my second electric tonneau cover and is a much improved version of my previous model. The installation instructions were clear and I have a fairly waterproof system. There were some issues with the installation, such as: 1. the early instructions indicated not to power up the unit until it was completed, however, the integral braking requires power to unlock and unroll the unit (during installation) to check alignment; 2. The canister braces included as a supplement in the instructions have insufficient screws for plastic threads; 3. The remote fob requires button depression at all times during cycling. I would prefer a simple button push for full open or close.

I love the cover. Was easy to install and easy to line up properly. I don't like the way you had to get the instructions but the real issue was that the order was missing some bolts, nuts and lock washers. 2 of the larger size and one of the smaller size. Had to go to the Hardwear store to get some so I could finish. Other than that the product is great and runs as it should with no hang ups on the tracks.

Retrax XR on my Tundra. Set out on a long trip and discoered that it leaks badly, wetting everything in the bed of the truck. Took videos when I got back from the trip and sent to Retrax. They just sent me a new canister and rolling cover. Looking at the cover, however, it is apparent that the design is such that leaking is inevitable. What is the point of a cover if it doesn't at least keep most of the water out?

I have received 5 damaged tonneau cover. In Warehouse damaged the shipping boxes were okay. The first three was damaged on the canister bottom and the last two has damaged on the end caps. Waiting on the 6th one now.

First time I ordered from Amazon it came broken second time with Amazon. So I Decided to go and buy through Real Track. Came in we installed and it would only work halfway and it will get stuck called the real truck. Spoke to Tech and told me there was no fixed to return it, and now waiting for my refund.
