Very quick delivery, and easy installation (once you figure out how to get installation instructions). A friend saw ours and wanted to know how to get one. He ordered one and as well and it only took us about 30 minutes for us to have it completely installed.
Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Customer service was excellent in resolving an issue on my end for ordering the wrong hardware kit. Very happy with the product.
the rack fits and looks great on the new truck. tool box mounts work slick with my diamond plate dual lid box.

Half safety rack
The only fault I could find was the lack of clarity to the instructions. Rack is solid with novel connection to vehicle.
Nice rack
Ordered this piece back in May. While they sent the actual headache rack, they originally didn't include the install brackets. After calling customer support and figuring it out, I was sent the brackets a month later. However, the hardware for installing the brackets to my truck was never sent. After receiving the brackets without hardware, I called their support line and was told they were sending me the necessary hardware to get it all installed, but it's now August and I have yet to hear back from them. A little bit of a disappointment since I was hoping to have it all set up months ago.
