Best rack for the money
I need a rack to protect my expensive rear window for when I'm making dump runs, taking my atv places and hauling lumber. Looked at many name brands but I didn't want to spend a lot or have to drill holes in my bed side. This rack was great price and no drilling to mount. Definitely would buy again. Install took me 15 mins.

Backrack fits well
Product was fine, realtruck. com shipping was awful. Lost install hardware for 9 Days . No tracking info and customer service at the warehouse was non existent

Perfect fit!
Got my headache rack and installed it in about an hour. I had to my toolbox and transfer tank or it would've been a faster install. Bolted right up and looks great on my 2025 2500 HD!

Not the same old backrack
I have had multiple racks. I've never had one rust. In the short time I've had this one it is already dripping rust onto my truck. Thinking of removing it before it ruins the paint.

Brakelight Misaligned
The rack is ok but it has a cutout for the 3rd brake light but the cutout is too high so it isnt in alignment. Looks stupid and would be better if the cutout wasn't there at all.

Disappointed
I bought this for one of my older work trucks. the rack came right away but no hardware. I went back online and bought the hardware to install it (from a different vendor. ) Several weeks later a hardware kit shows up from Real truck. Spent extra money and time trying to figure this out. Unlikely to use this vendor again as we add company trucks.

Good product, bad supplier
I was very happy with the quality of the product, the bad part was half my order shipped and I waited over a month more to get the brackets my rack mounted to the truck with. There was no clear shipping confirmation. And even worse there was no installation instructions for the rack arms and the QR code that was suppose to lead me to the directions was useless.

Incomplete order
Headache rack showed up nice and sturdy in Feb 2026. But I ordered with bed attachment brackets for a 1997 ram, and they still haven't arrived.
