The headache rack was a great fir and looks great on the truck. The installation was easy with the kit.

The rack came in reasonable time. It was easy to install after watching a video on You tube. It looks great on my truck and my amber strobe light will easily mount on it when I'm snoeploeing.

This product was a great buy. It was easy to install and could be done by one person. The quality of material used to make the Back Rack was superior to many of the other product out there. If you are in the market for a headache rack this is the one. It was shipped on time and I could not be happier.

initially had wrong mounting kit shipped with the unit but real truck service grouped emailed a return ticket through fed express and had the correct one out to me in a couple of days. Unit was super simple to put on, and works great for my application. Ive used these guys before and have always been satisfied.

I was very pleased with my purchase of the Backrack Headache Rack and the installation bracket for it. Very heavy duty and well built. Easy to install, didn't take 10 min. The price was right too from Realtruck, I've seen the same rack locally for over $400 plus tax.

After mistakenly choosing the wrong of two choices of bed types for my 2004 Ford 150, and correspondingly ordering the wrong backpack, customer service talked me thru the error on the phone, arranged to order and promptly ship the correct one, sent label for me to box up and return the first to fedex. The proper rack fit like a. charm and took about an hour to install. If you feel bolts not lining up properly, you may have the wrong rack for truck... it should assemble really easy. ,, I've gotten some great remarks about its use and looks. Really helps with carrying longer lumber and ladder.

I thought since you represent Back Rac you would have it together. In the research I gathered the rack comes with a plate that rests between the bed rail and the rack? Is that not the case? If it is I would sure like a set to protect my bed rail. Please respond with details thx Ken

Like the rack. Has sleek lines and does everything you'd expect it to. One issue is that the mounting hardware doesn't allow for a crossed toolbox to be installed. I had to custom fabricate a metal rail frame and weld the rack to it. Actually made the rack a bit more sturdy in the end. Overall satisfied.

The install was up front and should have been easy to install except for the fact that the length of the main boot would not allow the washers and nuts to be installed. I had to remove one of the washers to gain clearance...other side went on ok...it works but not the greatest quality control...
