Great product.
Aside from a massive delay in the mounting hardware, very happy with the product and price. Real truck could have been more forthcoming during the purchase regarding the delay.

Original Back Rack
Product is as expected. Install was easy. The only frustrating thing was the fact that the back rack and mounting assembly shipped separately, and the mounting brackets were backordered. The product itself is as expected.

Worked out great in the end
The initial parts recommended for our truck weren't the right part numbers & wouldn't fit. Customer service was great and they were able to get the return labels and correct headache rack and install kit out to us. The correct headache rack and install kit were perfect for our truck. Easy to install and it looks great. The rack is sturdy and well-made.

Tuff little truck
Let's see ... a web site in Florida informs me the BackPack rack would take 2 1/2 weeks to get delivered because it gets shipped from Canada. What could POSSIBLY go wrong! The boxes arrived in tatters but the rack and mounting brackets were OK. The installation was a total straight-forward experience. The mounting brackets installed without a hitch. The brackets fit and bolted perfectly into the truck bed railings and the rack fit the truck bed width exactily.. Nicely done! Damn, it's great when a project "Works"' My little Toyota Tacoma 4banger truck looks tuff. And my tree-biz ladders will no longer destroy the paint on the back of my truck cab roof. Thanks ... Tom S

Back rack
Built sturdy the only complaint I have is that it should b couple inches taller because I am a firefighter and bought this to mount my light bar on even with the light bar brackets for this u can barely see the light bar from the front part of the truck the actual bar isn't tall enough to make it very viable I will have to figure out a way to raise it up a couple inches to make it more visible if I had knew it wasnt going to be tall enough i would have bought something else to make it work right

Haven't received my rack yet…one on the way is the wrong rack… the correct rack is supposedly lost at fed ex…
