Great original snack stick seasoning, don't you dare change the recipe.
Started out making just meat snack sticks with Backwoods seasoning. Ive now graduated to adding Backwoods high temp cheddar and pepper jack cheese together in the sticks and won't go back. I'm getting ringing endorsements for my new cheese and meat snack sticks from about 20 friends and family. I have tried a few other brands but they just didn't have the same bite I like.

Really Good Seasonings
I have used a variety of LEM Seasonings they are my go to when it comes to making beef jerky and snack sticks. My friends and family love it, can't keep enough around.

Snack sticks
I've used this seasoning several times now. In the oven and in a smoker with hickory smoke. Both ways turn out great but everyone prefers the smoked ones. I use natural sheep casings. They always taste great and go fast.

Very good product turned out amazing after smoking the snack sticks with apple wood chips wish I had 100 lbs of them so they would last till next seson

First time disappointed
Received package quickly, How ever I was very disappointed when I found the package inside had been broken open and someone had put it in a zip lock and shipped it. I through it away. This is the first time I have been disappointed with anything I have purchased from LEM.
