Love the look but it does take more than 9 hours to build. We painted ours because brown doesn't match the house.

Very happy with our new gazebo. The directions were pretty clear but more clear when you use the app so you can see exactly how to orient pieces. Putting on the roof was a bit tricky for us being in our late 50's but with our boys helping it was a great family effort to put it all together in a couple of days.

I finally finished my project to build a paver deck and install the pavillion. Instructions clear and complete, like paint by numbers. Product well designed and all parts were there. Only problem I had was 2 of the boards that makeup the track for roof were warped making the connections hard to do. Otherwise my wife loves it.

Been eyeing up this Arlington Gazebo for a few years. Looked at many other designs, this one kept catching my eye, design and color. Everything as they described, all parts plus few extra nuts and bolts included....followed instructions, was not hard to build. I am a woman in my 50's, had my boyfriend help with holding and lifting structured parts...watched some videos, was dreading roof, seemed to be the hardest part in videos...I made sure roof sections were square, they both went on easily ! The 2 of us slid the panels right up ! The finished product is beautiful, so glad I finally purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a month ago and so happy we did. We just have to get it bolted down into our cement slab. We plan on adding some lights and a couple of fans. We will see how it holds up for hurricane season.

Outstanding and solidly engineered gazebo kit. The printed instructions and the BILT video instructions complimented each other and cleared up any areas of confusion. We referred to both frequently. Recommend 3 strong adults to handle the roof panels. Two 10-foot extension ladders and one step ladder made the work easier. Extra Torx T-40 screwdrivers and bits were also helpful. Very satisfying project!

I love my gazebo. It fit perfectly in the space I had. It has been a perfect place for my whole family to gather for BBQ. I had electric outlets installed and a light put in. So we are using it day and night. It looks beautiful and I have had so many compliments on it. Thank you so much. And the guys who put it together for me, said it was pretty easy to follow the Directions. And it is made very sturdy. It will last a very long time. Thank you so much!

The Arlington 12 x 12 kit was a great fit for my outdoor BBQ area. I spent three days putting it together and needed a second person for the roof installation. It says to use a square during the buildout but the quality and pre drilled holes made it simple to square up once I had the structure built. The roof section went right into place with little assistance. Great product! I would buy again Chico Ca

Pros: Overall Satisfied with the look and quality. Recommend reading the instructions and follow them. I put together approx. 97% of it myself. Needed help putting on the roof frame and aligning it and holding one end up to attach sides. Took me approx. 2-3 weeks, with no rush. I read and re-read the instructions along with videos online if I wasn't positive about the step(s). Expect to be enjoying it for years to come. Cons: Because I did this myself the instruction wanted you to put on the metal roof with the frame as an assembly. This wasn't an option for me. Would of like to have seen other option to instill metal roof, after frame was up. Would also like to have samples of the stain used, scratches easy, looking for touch up stain.
