Great Swing Set! It took some time to put together, but I fully assembled it by myself in about 30 hours. I expected it to take a long time, but it was not too hard. The finished product is wonderful. I only wish it was a bit stronger for the older kids.

I finished building the Cedar Cove playset and it is beautifully designed (I'm a structural engineer) well thought out and relatively easy to assemble. They reaction from our grandson when he saw it: Wowwwwwwwwwwwwww!

I bought this swing set a few months ago, delivery didn't take too long and it was handled with care. The boxes were stacked nice and neat and in good condition and none of the parts were broken inside. Laid all the pieces out and over the course of a few hours a day for a few days I was able to build it pretty much by myself and it all turned out great. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. All the pieces were labeled and pre drilled/notched in the correct spots. All the hardware was easy to identify and use. Overall an easy process. Our daughter loves it. It's good quality, nice and sturdy, and we look forward to many years of service from this play/swing set.

We just finished installing the Cedar Cove swing set in our backyard, and it's already a huge hit! The installation was straightforward and well-guided by the instructions—everything lined up nicely and the hardware was high quality. It did take us the better part of a day, but that's expected for a solid wood set of this size. The finished product feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. This wood looks beautiful, the swings and play features are smooth and safe, and the whole structure has a premium feel that should last for years. Our kids have been out on it every single day since we put it up—swinging, climbing, and laughing nonstop. It's brought so much joy to the yard! Highly recommend this swing set for any family looking for a quality, long-lasting backyard upgrade. Worth every penny.

Assembly was really straightforward. All of the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly. There were two steps missing from the printed instructions where we had to consult the BILT app. The Phillips screw heads for the tube slide are easily rounded out. We replaced the 110+ screws with square drive for that process.

One box was completely open when it came, luckily all the parts were there. It was an absolute nightmare to assemble. There were 4 of us and it took every bit of 14 plus hours. My sister and I put together the slide(both and only the slides) it took us 10 hours. My husband and friend put together the rest while we were doing the slides.

This swing set is pretty top notch per the professional installers, who took about 13/14 hours to install it. The only issue I have is the swing beam height, I wish it was slightly taller. It seems compact and creaks when my 4 yo swings on it. Otherwise, it seems great so far!

What can I say, the playset is beautiful, but man does it take a good chunk of time to put it together. The boxes were fairly organized, but I recommend taking the time to put everything in alphabetical order so that it's easy to find the one piece out of the hundreds that you need. There were a few pieces that had splinters but they weren't terrible. The only complaints I have is that one of the holes for the gables was not drilled in the correct area, so I had to drill my own to make it fit properly and that the piece the swing beam attaches to is only an inch thick.

Excellent swing set. Beautiful, perfect for small kids. The boards for the ladder and top platform are thin, good for smaller children. Delivery was within the timeframe no problems. The crew that assembled the set was excellent made sure everything was sturdy and level, and put together in 1 day. However, the timeframe to get the crew out to my home for assembly was a hassle. I had to call the company many times to get someone to come out. After my 4th phone call I finally talked to someone who knew what to do. He was excellent. My set sat for a month before it was put together. That's why I gave it 4 stars. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
