I was skeptical about the quality with the price point being so low, but was pleasantly surprised. It took my Husy and Son just at 5 hours. My only suggestion would be to get a small table and layout the little part bags in numerical order as it was a HUGE time saver (as well as the other small boards).

Putting together took much longer than anticipated and the instructions needed to be a bit more clear on where the holes were and what direction the boards needed to face. Our kids love it though and it’s withstood a few major storms with high winds which is a huge plus for where we live.

Great swing set! My kids love it! This thing is no joke to assemble, I'm handy and it took me and another skilled person a good 8+ hrs to put together. Instructions are very detailed and accurate. More than enough hardware is supplied as well as t-30 and t-40 torx allen keys and driver bits! Very satisfied.

We have a narrow yard, which is why we bought this swing set. It is the perfect set up. Our children are 2 and 5 and they both love it. We were able to put it up with no problems. The directions were very easy to follow. I researched many different swing sets, and am very happy that we chose this one.

Bought this last month for our 2 year old and she plays with it every single day! It's very sturdy and is a great addition to our backyard. Our niece who is 5 comes over to play and enjoys it just as much as the toddler in sure we get many years out of this set. My husband is a builder so it took 6 hours with the 2 of us and we had zero issues. Great construction, solid wood 10/10 buy this set!

Our granddaughters absolutely love their new swingset! The package arrived in excellent condition. My husband and son assembled it in about 2 days utilizing the 3D downloaded app, which gave excellent instructions. It is very well made; solid and secure for our little ones. We did have one piece which was cracked and customer service was excellent to deal with. They immediately federal expressed a new part for us. I would highly recommend this swingset and company!

This took a lot of work to set up. I had to call an army of helpers but 2 mechanically gifted men could have done it also. We made a picnic out of the job. DO download the app BILT for installation instructions- they are very advanced and detailed and much much more helpful than the written instructions that come with this set. The structure is very solid and smooth. Though the wooden pieces are not thick enough for some parts and when screwed in, they cracked (the rock climbing ladder). So that is an area for improvement. However its not a deal breaker for me. I am very happy with this product as my son gets hours and hours of play on it, everyday, during these COVID lockdown times. It stands on our lawn and sometimes our neighbour's children also come to play on it. 3-4 children can play on it at one time without a problem. We did not utilize the sandpit at the bottom for fear of the mess but the option is there. My LO loves to eat his snack at the little picnic table ... a good product all in all and one you wont regret spending money for. Its great value for money!

Playground is beautiful. The wood is alittle cheap and split on us during installation. While walmart indicated that they could deliver to a box number, we were unable to deliver to two different box numbers having to deliver it to a family member. Once it arrived in Alberta, Highway 9 took over they told us they deliver to our town which would have been so much easier. Otherwise great playground, we cannot wait to get some use out of it!

My grandkids love it but we had difficulty assembling due to some pre-drilled holes being in the incorrect places as well as having some pieces of wood splitting on us. We made due - we were on a timeline for the grandkids so we drilled our own holes and did what we had to in order to get it done. Thankfully this isn't the first one we have assembled and we knew what we were doing. Little disappointed for the price. I ordered directly from your website hoping not to have issues.

My daughter loves this. Putting it together was a pain in the neck. Took forever as each individual piece is different as well as a different price of hardware for every piece. Also, even with pre drilling the wood cracks. Makes be a bit nervous as to how sturdy it is, but we'll see how it holds up. Low price is nice though
