It's a great value for the price. No missing pieces. Some minor damage on a few pieces but not a big deal. Some pieces did crack on assembly, so be careful with torque, and pre-drill if needed. It comes stained and sealed, but I added two additional coats of sealer since I'm placing it around sprinklers. Shipping took a little extra due to Covid, but currently everything is sold out, so it's understandable. It's been three weeks since completion and my kids (4 and 6) really love it. You don't want kids too small because they can fall, but you also don't want kids too big because it is not meant for them. This was a great purchase and would recommend it.

The swing set is as beautiful as shown in the pictures! It took two weeks to get it from the time it was purchased which was faster than I thought. We decided to build it ourselves, by we I mean the hubby and our dads. It took a couple days to build but all the parts were there and nothing was missing, we had extra screws and parts. I live in MA and we noticed immediately that ticks were attracted to the wood! We had over 40 ticks crawling all over the wooden part of the swing set and the guys building it. After spraying it down with permethrin once we had no ticks and no sightings since. Our kids are 2, 5, 12 and they all can enjoy the swings and fort. The 12 year old is too big for the slide and the rock wall (not sturdy enough imo). Its definitely worth every penny, it gets the kids outside and its better than electronic devices.

Took a while to put together but it was so worth it! Great swing set. Kids (aged 2.4 and 5) love it!! Customer service was great when we called about our order, too.

Mostly everything was well labeled, a few boards were not labeled. The app made putting it together easy- as long as you have 8-10 hours to spare. It seems safe and suits a wide range of ages. The cedar smell is lovely, and the wood is soft. That being said, be careful while putting it together as it can be easily chipped. Definitely don't drill too hard or you'll go right through.

This set is really sturdy and my boys love it. We chose to assemble it ourselves. My husband had experience building and nothing was complicated. The time estimate given was pretty accurate. There were a few pieces that did not have the pre-drilled holes and we had to do that. Overall we're loving this set and would highly recommend it.

If you see this set available, jump on it. It is really nice. I had a professional carpenter put it together. It took him about 11 hours with his wife helping. Once you get it all out and organized it goes pretty easy. It is amazing what comes in 3 boxes. I purchased 400 pounds of sand in bags for the sandbox. It took a while for shipping but with Covid most shipping is delayed. Purchased, shipped and built within a month. No issues. All pieces there. We love it!! Our 5 year old will have many hours of fun this summer!!

The slide's design is cheap and consistently pops out. It is basically a sheet of plastic with 4 rails that you must assemble. Thankfully, backyard discovery replaced this poorly designed slide with a solid one piece slide. Great company to work with.

We started putting this together a week ago and we're still doing it. So many boards were broken so we had to wood glue them together first. The boards were also uneven so some of them had to be cut.

Nice set, kids are happy playing on it. assembly was leisurely & took a Sat +Sun. However, I thought that it would be a little more harder wood. Couple peices came cracked but I had no problem cutting new ones on table saw. Make sure to pre-drill where needed or else the wood will crack.

This is made for smaller children 3-7 year olds. The picture shows older kids and I believe that's decieving, this set is not a strong structure. The wood is beautiful and I liked the layout, but it is a soft wood and too thin and flexible. The slide is 3 seperate pieces, a thin sheet between two hard plastic sides and we are having trouble keeping it together, I find this slide dangerous. We got it almost put together, but not tied down, and a strong wind came through and easily turned it over damaging it and busting the wood. If you want something to last for years and be strong and sturdy as your kid(s) grow, or even for an adult, SPEND THAT EXTRA MONEY!! I would not suggest this type of set. You get what you pay for!!
