We have had the set for a few weeks and couldn't be happier! Delivery was a tad longer than expected due to the shipping company used, but once it arrived it is just as advertised! Though time consuming it was relatively easy to assemble (my husband and a friend did it over two days) and seems a nice sturdy structure. We didn't have any missing parts or damaged pieces. Would definitely recommend as it was half the price s of other structures and just as good quality!

Took me 12 hours to assemble over 3 days. Instructions were excellent. To save time searching for pieces I would strongly advise taking time when unpacking to put wooden pieces in their alphabetic piles facing one way. Similarly with the nuts and bolts place in consecutive numerical order. This will reduce your frustration and time taken during the build I promise.

Bought this after much looking. The Grand girls love it! It's very attractive and has many features. We bought it with assembly, which was a great idea. They were here in a week and had it up in about 6 1/2 hrs. So glad I chose Backyard Discovery! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It shipped well, parts were laid out and accounted for and were all there. It is very sturdy and the grandchildren love it. It fits perfectly in the yard and is very attractive.

[Employee of walmartcanada] Good quality of wood , well finished and boards of sufficient thickness. the building is beautiful enough, but some details are not thought out. I would close the house on all sides. it is inappropriate to go up the stairs to the house, open the door that opens only inwards, leave the house only to go down the hill. I would add 2 more walls below, under the house, so that it can be used as a room. I don't think it's a well thought out design. Overall, I like the design, but needs improvement.

The packages were delivered 4 days early, which was great, allowing us to assemble it over the Memorial Day Weekend. Everything arrived as per the parts list--nothing was missing. another great bonus. Assembly took a while, but wasn't difficult. Measurements were a little off in the precut/predrilled pieces, but nothing that caused serious concern. We are very pleased witht eh purchase..

We purchased the swing set online and it arrived in two boxes, in record time! Due to reviews and limited time, we decided to pay extra to have it installed. So glad we did as although my husband and I are both quite adept with tools, it took the professional 12 hours to set up. It is a great set, but I already wish I'd bought a set with a 5' deck height. I have a 5 year old who is of average height and she is almost too tall to pay underneath already. Our 8 year old neighbor is too tall for all areas. I also wish it had a 4/4 swing beam as I do not think I will feel comfortable with more than two kids swinging at once (even though there are spots for four)- it is just not that robust. Even he swing chains and mounts are not so heavy-duty. Overall, good product for YOUNG kids. The only reason I would not recommend it, is that I want longevity in a purchase of this expense and I am pretty sure my kids will grow out of it by around age 7.
