The playset we purchased is perfect for our yard. Our son has been enjoying his time in his fort and kitchen. The materials used seem to be of high quality. We paid a bit extra to have assembly and it was well worth it. Thanks for building a quality product!

Our kids love the swingset, we are hoping it holds up over time and we plan on waterproofing over the weekend. The assembly team was awesome. Worked hard from 9am-6pm, in and out of rain, to make this happen for our kiddos. We are very happy with the set and definitely thankful we did not try to do it ourselves.

This is a great option for an outdoor Playset. It isn't too big or too small and offers all the best play areas. My daughter is 2 and a 1/2 an she can enjoy all of it with plenty of room to grow. We were missing any parts, but my husband did add extra bolts/screws and had to cut a few pieces. Nothing major though.

Arrived in a timely manner with only one piece broken, it was a nonstructural piece so I glued it together. The children really enjoy playing on the set and it was not so hard to assemble. One suggestion would be to indicate "Top" on the pieces since allot of the attached pieces refer to place this piece with holes toward the top.

My in-laws bought this as a gift for my 3 year old and it is a huge hit! I love how many different activities he can do with this swing set. One of the main reasons I picked this specific swing set is the little picnic table area under the slide. My son can eat lunch/snacks while cooling off in the shade in between playing! The only thing that can use improvement is the quality of the slide.

We just had our swingset installed a few days ago. The kids love it, and the different play areas are great. You can tell that it is not quite as sturdy as other expensive brands of swingsets, but I think it will be great for the next 5-6 years for my kids.

Overall a great product. Took a lot longer than the time they say about 20-30 hrs to put it together. The manual instructions were better than the app instructions. One piece of advice is to hammer all your T-nuts in before building. Will make building process so much easier. Three pieces of wood broke during the building process so had to wait for those to continue but customer service was excellent! My child has been swinging and playing for hours on end!

My boys love this swing set. However, the wood arrived very dry and brittle. Many pieces cracked as we assembled them. We had to buy wood to re-enforce the swing set because of that, and it was shaking when my 3 and 5 year old were on the swings. I wish it had higher quality wood.

Ill start by saying they dont make swingsets like they use to but this one just seems very flimsy compared to others. Boards werent cut straight, some screws it told us to use ended up needing next size up to be tight so then we had to go out and buy more because you dont get extras, and a couple boards cracked when put together

This swingset was of the only ones available due to COVID and we purchased it. It was significantly less expensive than other swing sets we were looking at. Assembly was assisted with the BILT app although even with that I inverted some parts that I needed to flip later. I think if the instructions were better it would have been easier to assemble. I also had some parts that were missing; however, they were shipped quickly and free once I submitted the request online. Once assembled the swingset is great with a lot of features for my 2 1/2 year old. some of the wood seems a little thin and if I were to jump on some of the steps or floor boards think I might go through. when my son swings on the set it does creak quite a bit and the swings are two small for an adult to use. Also I don't know how long he will fit inside the fort on either level (see picture). With all that being said I think for the price this is quite impressive, especially considering it includes a climbing wall, slide, 2 swings, monkey bars, steering wheel, telescope, kitchen and "picnic table" as well as faucet, 2 burners, and plastic food, knife and cutting board. He loves the kitchen area and uses it often.
