Backyard Discovery Oakmont Swing Set Box 2

My grandchildren loves this swingset . They have been having a great time swinging , climbing up the ladder and sliding down the slide. They also love playing restaurant with the area under the slide window and the bench . So glad we got this one . It wasn’t bad putting it together either .

Bought this swing set 5/23 for my grandchildren ages 2 %26 4. They both love it! Easy instructions , well packed n well built …A great price for this swing set. The slide is pretty fast to. Buying accessories. Like a steering wheel %26 telescope and phone for extra play fun.

The set is as picture and decent quality. Assembly time was accurate to what the instructions stated. The only issues with the set were how many different screws and bolts are required for assembly and the wood split on multiple occasions due to knots or pilot holes being too small.

The wood split in a few places using the provided bolts - the pallets/railing around the outside top did not have pre drilled or marked holes so it was a little difficult getting them straight and spaced evenly. Otherwise, instructions were easy to follow and our kid loves playing on it daily!

This product came on time and delivered in two big boxes. It took us 3days to build it actually majority it’s only my husband build it. I just helped him in holding, he is not a professional builder. 1st day we prepped the area, leveled the ground and separate all the woods by order. He used the Handbook for guide in building it. U need at least 2 electric drivers for non stop building there are so much steps. For the price you can’t beat it. But the quality I will say so-so. My husband are so careful not to break any woods but the woods are very fragile and seems not real wood. It easily cracks. Actually it has several cracks already. Hope this will last longer. Coz building this is very time consuming. My kids range 7yo and 18mos old. So far it’s not that bad.

so i had to pay someone to build it cause it was too much for little me. it is beautiful. my kids love it. the reason i gave it 3 stars is cause my 6 year old swings on it, and the entire thing moves with him. My baby is tall and 60 pounds. imagine when his older sister, who's 7 and slim swings with him, is scary to me. but for the entire thing to move from him, only swinging. It doesn’t feel safe, and it's not going to last to long like that, neither. It was a lot of money to have to have this issue.

Very cheap and thin wood, I wouldn't trust it for much more than a 7 y/o to play on. Also very very hard to put together, lots of confusing hardware that comes in little plastic baggies. Every piece that bolts together is a different number. Very hard to keep up with. I would save my money, buy some good lumber and build your own. Not sturdy at all! Very disappointed in this playground. Cheap JUNK!

Several boards were split, I contacted the company and no response. I'm pretty sure I got scammed, not happy at all
