Backyard Discovery Oakmont Swing Set Box 2

Outstanding 1st swing set for our Granddaughter! Was extremely easy to assemble and sturdy. Withstands West Texas Sandstorms and looks wonderful in our backyard. We put up a Backyard Disvovery Greenhouse last year and will be buying something new each year to add to our collection garden oasis because of the quality construction, easy to assemble and affordable products! Really appreciate the Vetran discount as well. Thanks Backyard Discovery, keep up the great work!

My grandchildren loves this swingset . They have been having a great time swinging , climbing up the ladder and sliding down the slide. They also love playing restaurant with the area under the slide window and the bench . So glad we got this one . It wasn’t bad putting it together either .

The set is as picture and decent quality. Assembly time was accurate to what the instructions stated. The only issues with the set were how many different screws and bolts are required for assembly and the wood split on multiple occasions due to knots or pilot holes being too small.

The wood split in a few places using the provided bolts - the pallets/railing around the outside top did not have pre drilled or marked holes so it was a little difficult getting them straight and spaced evenly. Otherwise, instructions were easy to follow and our kid loves playing on it daily!

so i had to pay someone to build it cause it was too much for little me. it is beautiful. my kids love it. the reason i gave it 3 stars is cause my 6 year old swings on it, and the entire thing moves with him. My baby is tall and 60 pounds. imagine when his older sister, who's 7 and slim swings with him, is scary to me. but for the entire thing to move from him, only swinging. It doesn’t feel safe, and it's not going to last to long like that, neither. It was a lot of money to have to have this issue.

Cute swing set, my kids love it but a pain to put together. So many pieces and some holes didn’t match up, so we had to make our own and instructions weren’t very clear. Very cheap wood. Started cracking and splitting as we were putting it together. You get what you pay for. Don’t know how long it will last, but save up and invest in a solid, quality swing set if you can. The picnic bench is very wobbly, may add some more wood for extra support, and same for the ladder. Also will seal it so the kids don’t get splinters. Pieces came in with peeling wood.

Very cheap and thin wood, I wouldn't trust it for much more than a 7 y/o to play on. Also very very hard to put together, lots of confusing hardware that comes in little plastic baggies. Every piece that bolts together is a different number. Very hard to keep up with. I would save my money, buy some good lumber and build your own. Not sturdy at all! Very disappointed in this playground. Cheap JUNK!

Several boards were split, I contacted the company and no response. I'm pretty sure I got scammed, not happy at all
