If you're looking for a quality playset at a great price, look no further! Seriously, you will not find any pre-built sets that are better for the price that they charge. Their customer service to include their delivery personnel is excellent as well.

From my experience, pictures often look better than the product in person, but this was not the case with this playset. I can honestly say that the online pictures were a true representation of this product, actually even think it looked better in person. The assembly is time consuming, but for the most part the instructions were detailed and relatively easy to follow. It took 2 somewhat experienced handymen 2 full days to assemble the playset, and another 4 hours or so to assemble the tube slide. I would highly recommend taking the time in the beginning to sort the wood and hardware. Took us about 2-3 hours to do this, but was well worth the upfront effort. My kids love their new playset, as do many of the neighborhood children. This playset was half the price if not less than other similar items at other retailers. Too early to know how durable it is, but if it does in fact withstand the test of time, I would say that this was an awesome investment!

This is rock solid sturdy playset that will last forever! It's nice quality and my kids love it! But if building yourself, be ready for about 18 hour assembly….

Great playset! Worked on it here and there over about a 2 week period. Had a second person help for certain sections (the roof, holding boards up etc) and my older daughter finding and handing me boards and bolts certainly sped things along. We did have to modify 3 boards by shaving off a very small sliver in order to fit (very tight floorboards). I did have to contact customer service and they were very helpful and the missing part was shipped promptly. I plan on adding an additional small board for the picnic table section as it is a bit wide and narrow and I'm concerned that over time it will start to bow. Overall a great playset I purchased this for my 3 1/2 year old and she can climb up the rock wall and use all the features without assistance.

I bought this playset for my two little boys. One is 2 years old and one is 7 months. Constructing it took a bit of time. It's definitely a two person job at a minimum. My dad helped who is very familiar with building and construction. It took us around 30 hours to get it all together. Definitely a labor of love but so worth it. My 2 year old loves it. Loves the windows, the crows nest and the slides. I'm glad I bought this model so they can grow into it instead of having to replace it in a couple years for a bigger playset. The instructions are pretty good. It could use some minor changes to help those of us not as good with building and construction. Organization is definitely key to putting this together. Color coding the hardware bags would be super helpful. Customer service was great! We were missing the tube slide box from shipment. I called, they opened a ticket to find the box. They couldn't and automatically shipped a new one. Shipping was very quick! Would recommend this playset! It's worth the money!

Bought this for my granddaughters to enjoy at my house. It took my father (a retired engineer) & two of my three sons 3 full days to put this together. The granddaughters are thrilled!! I love that they love it. Suggestions from the guys: DEFINITELY download & print out the instructions (106 pages) plus another 32 for the twirly slide. They put them in a binder to make it easier to follow the directions. DO NOT take the wood out of the boxes, organize the pieces in each box instead (keeps things neater & the search easier) Leave the hardware organized in its packages (there is ALOT of hardware!!) They built the roofs on a flat surface then lifted the completed pieces to the top of the tower. Lots of clamps were very helpful in holding pieces in place while leveling or securing as needed. We are going to modify the base of the tower with one more board to make a deeper sandbox. Because there is much to be learned about life by making castles decorated with sticks & leaves for dinosaurs. I love that the girls love it & that the entire family had a part in it. Coming to Gigi's is always supposed to a place where the love is unmatched & the fun is magical.

Wow! I love this set! The app they have to walk you through setup made it super easy to understand and make sure we got it together correctly. Everything was very clearly marked and, once sorted, easy to find. My son and my niece have been enjoying playing on it already the past few days as I finish up the last few steps.

This play set is Amazon! My husband and I put it together over a few days. We had a couple pieces that needed replaced due to breaking in shipping, but we got them ordered and shipped in under a week! My only complaint on this set is there were a handful of pieces that the pre drilled holes didn't line up no matter which way you turned the board. Also if there was a way they could differentiate too/bottom and front/back of parts, it would have saved multiple occasions of uninstalling multiple pieces over and over again.

Looks amazing in our backyard! Kids love it and its become a centerpiece for many family gatherings where all of the cousins play. Only issues: We had to rip almost 1 slat in every wall because the wood either wasnt perfectly milled or expanded, thus if we needed to fit 10 slats for a wall, the 10th would not fit. Sometimes we had to take off 1/4 to 1/2" The plans in paper also differed slightly from the plans on the app - mainly in how many places we needed to anchor it down. It appears that we were missing a couple of the ground stakes (the twisting ones) but still, its VERY secure. Might email to get a few more of them but honestly, there would be no way to get them into the ground under the main structure without lifting it an they wanted us to do that last.

This takes a lot longer to put together than it states. You spend 8+ hours sorting hundreds of pieces of wood before even putting anything together. We also have dozens on micro splinters (annoying to an adult, but unbearable to little kids). All in all, my son loves it, but i would go a different route next time
