Overall great! Assembly wasn’t all that difficult. But be prepared to have to use some of your own wood screws. Specifically screw %2388 to attach the vertical slats on the top of the fort to keep kiddos from falling. And the silly gold coating on the hardware is gonna come off all over your hands. But in general, it seems to be pretty good quality!

My granddaughter loves it but I wish Walmart could help me put it together for a small charge my daughter and I are struggling to assemble it or find anyone that can do I don't to want regret purchasing it.

its best to first open all boxes and lay all hardware and wood out separately all tools you need at the ready. once this is done with 2 people you can assemble swingset in about 4 to 5 hours. start with the A frame 1st and long pole then build the tower slide table and bench be careful when using drill as some wood planks can crack. my littles love this

I was disappointed in this whole setup. The wood is light, and breaks with the slightest pressure. I had to actually buy reenforces for it because so many snapped and wouldn't hold up. The slide comes in 3 pieces which my 5 year old broke within 10 mins of playtime. The directions made it more complicated.

This was the worst purchase and waste of money we've ever made. When we received the order, it was not what we had ordered. It arrived in broken pieces. We reached out to the company to inquire about the issue. To our dismay, we received a product that we didn't even order and had paid for a different one. The company's response was dismissive, stating that there was nothing they could do. also, Walmart said there was nothing they could do to reach out to the manufacturer company, which was a complete joke Walmart didn't want to help us and neither did the manufacture whatever you do do not buy this product or trust buying something from Walmart that they will cover you because they will not

absolute crap.. do not buy this. wood boards cracked missing brackets, flimsy... terrible customer service. they want me to take it all apart and send it back at my own expense in random boxes bc I threw the boxes away.. now my husband has to buy wood and brackets to make this safe for the kids. they refuse to send a new set or the missing pieces.

Do not buy this from Walmart. We had an issue with the delivery address and caught. They would not fix it so I told them to cancel it which they said they did. It was delivered to a wrong address and they wanted me to take an LTL shipment to a UPS store to return which is impossible. Dont waste your time on a purchase such as this.

If I ever receive it I’ll let you know. At this moment I only have received 1 box out of 3 so not like I can out it together. And apparently there’s no foreseeable date on when/ if I’ll receive the ither 2 boxes 🤦‍♀️.

I ordered this and it says it's supposed to come see box the FedEx delivery guy drop one and he made it all his delivered and he was the one same picture for all of the item delivered

DO NOT BUY THIS FROM WALMART - LOST 1/3 BOXES, MADE ME REORDER AND REFUSES TO REFUND AFTER RETURN!!!! WALMART CORPORATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER TOLD ME TO FILE FRAUD ON MY CARD, NOW MY CREDIT IS MESSED UP AND IM STILL OUT $600!!!!
