Actually POWDER.
Unlike the VAST majority of "garlic powder", this stuff is actually POWDER, so it will dissolve quite easily, whereas others will clump up, %26 leave some granules, etc. This is the only kind I buy, but stores never have it 'round here, so I have to order it, great stuff!

As always, Walmart is great with their shipping. I ordered early in the morning %26 by noon, my order was at my door. Love this garlic powder!!

unsatisfied
as much as I paid for this Garlic powder it should've been filled to the top like the roasted garlic powder is I'm never purchasing it again almost 40 dollars for both is ridiculous
