May I say "sweat" in polite company?
OK, the stinky truth: my feet sweat, especially in humid weather and summer. That's when sandals and light shoes get used. So these very thin socks, nearly nylons-thin, are good sweat absorbers, and my shoe soles don't get soaked. They look good, rising up past the ankles a bit. Dressier than wearing liners. They're men's socks, but I wear them (I'm a lady) anyway. If you don't want the socks to bind, or feel overly tight, upsize to the large size range. The one thing sock-wearing prevents is using toe-thonged shoes, like flip-flops. (That type of shoe can be unstable, anyway, so not everybody can wear them.)

Good value for this purchase. There should be five color, I got only one 10 pairs of black color for this shipping. Overall it is a good deal.

why would you send me 10 of the same pair of socks when its displayed with assorted colors, now it will seem like im wearing the same pair of socks

The socks are not true to size! I ordered size 11 to 13! These socks are too short! Don't purchase these socks!
