Bael Wellness Posture Support Seat Cushion

I am a tall woman with long legs. I purchased this item to allow me to sit taller and cushion my seat. I no longer have shoulder/back pain or hip pain! The cushion is ergonomically designed to promote better posture. I am very pleased with it!

Gives me good cushioning for back support & seems to stay well on the office chair.

Everything that the description said was true. I spend at least 8 hours a day at my desk which was getting to a number 10 on the uncomfortable scale. I now feel 100 times better at the end of the day. The support for the hips and the cushioning (not too hard or too soft) really keeps the back aligned. My husband just tried it, now I have to purchase another!

It's very sturdy and holds its shape when you sit on it. I'm only 5' tall and wear a size 5, so I'm pretty small. That said, the seat is just a hair too small for me. It's great in the width, but if I was even a pinch smaller, I would hang over the side. It also seems too short from front to back. My backend hangs off the back by about an inch and it would be more comfortable if there was another inch under my legs on the front.

Be advised, the dimensions of the Bael Wellness Posture Support Seat Cushion are 18.2" Deep x 14.4" Wide x 3.3" High, which is not disclosed in the listing page. If you intend to use it on a chair that has a deep seat--such as a computer chair (22")--you may find that if you place it so that the Cutaway Tailbone Section is touching the chair's back, then the edge of Cushion (which is very firm) may cut into your thighs if you are tall. Also, the foam is very firm so that when you are seated there is not much compression (hence the claim of lasting for many years) and your seated height may be elevated by about 2-1/2" to 2-3/4".

This is a well made cushion with apparently good quality materials, but the foam density is much too stiff and a bit too thick (too high). Feels like sitting on something hard, like a wooden bench covered with a towel. I returned this item with no problem.
