Avoid Deruiz and Walmart.com
Ordered a bike and conversion kit for a birthday present -- received the bicycle, but not the motor. When tracking the shipment it made its way to Tyler Texas . I messaged the seller asking why did they ship it to Texas when I live in Washington ? I called Walmart and asked for an immediate refund to Affirm. Supervisor Steve said no problem and the refund would be there on Monday, but it is Tuesday and no refund to Affirm. When I call support I get various answers and put on hold and another agent picks up when I've been transferred to a supervisor. Customer "dis-service" is what I've been getting. Suffice it to say I will not be purchasing from Deruiz again, nor am I going to continue to support an organization like Walmart who has horrible customer care and poor logistics
