This is my go to drink every morning. Don’t know what I would do without it. Although the package contains smaller bottles than individual ones it’s a good deal.

I love the flavor of this drink and that it is so low in calories. It actually quenches my thirst pretty well unlike other flavored drinks of this sort

A few months ago I would have given a full 5 stars for flavor and thirst quenching delight. The 18 oz bottles are still 5 stars, BUT, these ridiculous 14 oz bottles are not only smaller, but they taste WATERED DOWN! If they all become this anemic, over-priced mess I will stop buying Bai...and cry. Horrible, awful, no good marketing strategy. Fire your lame celebrities and start encouraging restaurants to carry the good, 18oz. bottles!

So, I am someone who cannot have caffeine in any amount; I can't even drink green tea. I searched the bottle for any indication that it contained caffeine; I didn't find anything. Though the 55mg of caffeine contained in this product is a very small amount, it was enough to start raising my blood pressure and making me dizzy. I understand that 55mg is not usually meaningful, but for me it is. Think about it like a peanut allergy, any amount of peanuts can be enough to kill someone. I thought this was just a health drink, so I didn't feel the need to read all of the ingredients, my bad. That assumption was made because nearly all other drinks that contain caffeine have a notice that is readily apparent to those who need to know about it. On top of that, you guys advertise Bai as a health drink, something that I can usually drink. Please add a disclaimer that warns people about the caffeine content because for people like me, it could be potentially lifesaving information.

I love all things cherry flavored but I HATE this. Has a weird undertone in the flavor and is just kinda nasty. It's so bad that I'm returning the 6-pack that I bought. I do like the Simbu Strawberry, but boy is that one hard to find!

I ordered 5 of the same kind of drinks and said no substitutions. Well I received one correct and the other 4 different. Not happy today.
