There is a little bit of an after taste that is hard to describe - like a subtle edge, but not unpleasant. Original Bailey’s can be added to coffee in place of sugar and cream, elevating and refining it for a special occasion. Bailey’s is not something to be rushed but rather enjoyed one sip at a time. While you can enjoy it alone, it is always nicer when shared. It is both a reliable gift, and a foundation bottle to have on hand when hosting. This is true deligth-I don’t want it to end;its ingredients are an explosion on my palate. The touch of alcohol doesn’t make it taste bitter, and its color is very light. Its value is incredible, and it has no sediment at all,as it is very uniform.

Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur is classic. It's really good to have when you entertain. You can serve this in after dinner coffees or hot chocolates. I've seen someone serve it over ice cream. So good and creamy!
