The perfect pan for baked or broiled meats!
I had been needing a small gill type pan for baking stuffed and other types of Pork chops and Steaks. This pan is perfect for up to 6 chops/steaks. It keeps the meat up off the pan so your meat doesn't sit in drippings. Great purchase

Lightweight and Easy to Clean 🥰
Pros: Lightweight and easy to clean! It is a really good size for me to handle. I have painful arthritis in my left hand and this is very useful for me. It's large enough to cook what I need without being too large to handle or clean. Also, the ends extend so that I can get a good and secure handle on the baking pan. Very nice! Con: I took one star away because the rack that comes with it doesn't fit the pan appropriately. The rack is clearly meant for a smaller sized pan. WHY?? This does make me a little uneasy because the food on it could move to the left or right a couple of inches if I don't keep it balanced. This could easily be avoided if they included the appropriately sized rack. Overall, I do recommend this pan.

Rack. Too Small for Baking Tray!
The rack is 5 inches too small for the pan almost as if they ran out of racks %26 threw a smaller rack for a smaller baking pan on %26 shipped
