This is pretty good for an accented flavor but not by itself. It is more sweet than sour which was not what i was looking for

Sour powder
This was not very sour at all, mixed with my dry jello for my frozen jello grapes but the sour powder was not near sour enough for the sweet sour taste I wanted.

Not near as sour as expected. More like a fine sugar w/ a little twang. Especially since product was so expensive, I truly expected more.
