When I received tablet it said with case, there was NO case to be found. If at all possible, can you please send me the CASE.

Did not have a case as described . The unit appears to be ok but one of the reasons I purchased this was for the case being included with the tablet.

Listing states it comes with case and 12gb of RAM. It does not come with either. It has 3 GB RAM and no case. very misleading listing and description.

powers down every few minutes. customer service is a joke. Do not buy from this company they will rip you off and promise empty solutions that they dont follow through with.

I'm returning the merchandise because when I try to play something doesn't play anything Hulu or Paramount Plus doesn't play anything on there don't know why but it doesn't play any videos at all

Defective tablet
i just bought the tablet for my son it want stay on, it's like it's in sleep mode. I've tried rebooting several times, and nothing works. i will be returning after no even 24 hours.
