I'm excited to try my hand at making crème filled cupcakes. I tried with an oversized muffin pan and it was epic fail! But today I got a new Bake Secret Cupcake pan. I've had to replace cupcake pans several times in my lifetime and settled on my oversized one for my muffins I bake. But I really needed a regular sized cupcake pan so today I got one. Planning on a bake day with my friend who is a cake decorator ( I'm hoping for tips! Lol). The results are going to my neighborhood kids for an early Halloween treat!

This pan is ideal for an any kitchen but it is perfect for me and my husband. The typical ones with 12 cups is to large and causes waist. The six cup is typically the right amount. The weight distributes heat evenly and the finish keeps everything thing from sticking.

I was disappointed that it is not as deep as the standard size muffin pans of the past. I thought I had lost mine %26 ordered this one to replace it, then found my old one, still in great shape %26 is deeper than this one. They're just going to be squatty in the Baker's Secret Pan, not as tall as with my old one, I thankfully found!
