The product arrived slightly bent on the side however it worked perfectly. I don't know who damaged it just that it is damaged.
tarnished easily
This is NOT non stick. I used it to air fry chicken cutlets. The chicken was coated with oil and dry seasonings and cooked well but cleanup was awful. I'm keeping this product because it was a great price and seems well built but I can't recommend buying this. You will be disappointed.
