[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son (9yrs) enjoyed playing with this new bakugan set very much. He struggled to put it together in the beginning. But, once they were formed, he had fun 'battling' his brother with his older bakugan sets. This version spins on the metal card to open (kind of like a beyblade) which is a nice little twist to just rolling and aiming it on a metal card. He especially loved the addition of the roblox (his current gaming obsession) code. It gave him a little character in the game that he now keeps around him at all times. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today we tested out our new Bakugan Expert 2 pack, Special Attack Dragonoid and Hammerhead toy. What you dont see here is that Graham actaully has an extensive collection of Bakugan, so he was extra excited to try a new one! The coolest thing about this new Bakugan is that it was very much like his other favourite toy, Beyblades. It comes with a rip chord (that he forgot to demonstrate), which makes the Bakugan spin across the magnetic tiles, in the same way Bayblades do. Once you have a good collection of these, it could make for a pretty epic battle! The other thing he loves was being able to change up the look and customize his Bakugan, with the new interchangeable pieces. Sure, all the little pieces with end up lost in the abyss of his toy box at the end of the day (as they already have), but when he's ready for the next battle, you'd better believe he is going to go hunting for all of it to battle again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Mantid vs. Trox which is different than above but both my boys 10 and 7 loved it. Their favourite though was the Mantid as there was more pieces to it and you get to spin it. The mantid also when it comes up looks just like a praying mantis. The Trox was quite interesting as well and easy to put together. Overall boys love it!

There's so much more to do with these! You can spin them and interchange them! Kept the kids busy Highly recommend, especially if your child loves Bakugan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was very appealing for my daughter. She wanted to rip right into them. She enjoyed the puzzle aspect of putting them together and seeing the animal types she got. In terms of battling, the instructions were non existent and the QR code on the box for the brawl instructions did not work. It brought us to a page not found. Regardless of not figuring out the actual brawl, we had loads of fun getting the mantid to spin with the release and making the trox drop open when rolling and dropping them. Very cool!

The 11 y.o figured out how to work them but still questioned how pieces were put together and lost interest. the 5 y.o enjoys playing with them but asks for help putting them together which I found somewhat difficult to do a well at times.

There are no instructions and once we figured out how to use the fighters we were very disappointed at how boring they were! They do very little. They pop up in a few parts but that's all. It's not even worth putting them together. I scanned the qr hoping for some directions but it leads to an advertisement for an upcoming movie. No child would find these entertaining. The parts are small and easily lost. They are not exciting and i was very disappointed
